If you still owe spring tuition, yes.
If you owe tuition from a previous term, no.

To view your holds, go to WebRunner> 登记> Register:Add/Drop Classes> Prepare 注册. If you have a hold, there will be a phone number listed. 调用这个 number for instructions on how to resolve or lift the hold.
